*Artists choosing to exhibit together in a single booth space, or chapter or club booths, should attach an additional sheet listing each additional artist and a brief description of his or her work. Photos must be submitted for each participating artist. There are no extra charges for multiple artists in a single booth space.

UCAA, P.O. Box 417, Byrdstown, TN 38549.

No applicant will be excluded from any UCAA event on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, disability or age. UCAA is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization located in Middle Tennessee.
